We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, expand your skills, and contribute to meaningful digital transformations in Healthcare and SLED (State, Local, and Education) markets. Successful SDRs will be considered for future sales and leadership roles within KeenStack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively engage in cold and warm outreach through email, phone calls, social media, and other channels to generate qualified leads (BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects by offering valuable resources (e.g., white papers, webinars, blog posts) and identifying where they are in their buying journey.
- Pipeline Development: Use KeenStack’s CRM (HubSpot) to track and manage leads, update key prospect information, and maintain accurate records.
- Opportunity Qualification: Identify opportunities that meet qualification criteria and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Nurture Prospects: Build and maintain long-term, multi-touch relationships with potential customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for targeted outreach and lead generation campaigns.
- Market Insights: Gather and share market feedback to refine KeenStack’s messaging, products, and go-to-market strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or the technology field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, and experience using social tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outreach.
- Self-Starter: Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve goals.
- Arizona Residency: Must reside in Arizona and be willing to attend occasional in-person meetings and events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with ServiceNow or selling to SLED or Healthcare organizations.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as Value-Based Selling or Challenger Sales.
