Parsons joins former Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, Deanna Wise, and David Rutchik as KeenStack continues to scale its ServiceNow practice
CHANDLER, Ariz., October 09, 2026 – KeenStack, the premier professional services consulting firm that helps companies unlock the full potential of ServiceNow, today announces that David Parsons has joined its board of advisors. Parsons brings more than 43 years of high-tech leadership, including six years at ServiceNow, where he helped build the company’s global partner ecosystem.
“David helped build the partner ecosystem that firms like KeenStack are part of today,” said Thiru Thangarathinam, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KeenStack. “He knows what it takes for a ServiceNow partner to grow, and he brings a perspective that rounds out our board. His guidance will help us scale the right way for our clients.”
At ServiceNow, Parsons took on a CEO-sponsored mission to create a global partner ecosystem that would help accelerate the company’s growth to more than $10 billion. In his final two years there, he established an Ecosystem Ventures function within corporate development, which made seven strategic investments in regional services partners. Earlier in his career, he led teams through major waves of technology change at companies including Compaq-HP and VMware. He currently serves as a senior advisor at McKinsey & Company, an advisor and investor at 8Flow, and a guest lecturer and curriculum advisor at Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business.
“ServiceNow continues to double down with partners who help clients accelerate time to value and business impact,” said Parsons. “KeenStack is a Premiere pure play ServiceNow partner and has built a team with deep platform and domain expertise aligned to deliver compelling business outcomes for their clients. I’m pleased to partner with Thiru and team to help them reach their full potential as a world class ServiceNow partner.”
Parsons joins KeenStack’s existing advisors: former Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey, previously the CEO of Cold Stone Creamery, who brings strong ties across state and local government; Deanna Wise, former chief information officer (CIO) of Banner Health, who adds deep relationships across healthcare systems and CIO networks; and David Rutchik, managing partner of The Dorzac Group, who contributes experience across private equity, Fortune 500 leadership, and M&A.
